West Coast Cookbook & Speakeasy is Now Open! 8am-9am PT/ 11am-Noon ET for our especially special Daily Specials; Blue Moon Spirits Friday!
Starting off in the Bistro Cafe, the January 6 committee has subpoenaed five House Republicans after they stonewalled the panel.
On the rest of the menu, Trump officials and meat processors worked closely to keep plants open in the first year of the pandemic, even though they knew workers were rapidly getting infected; the California Coastal Commission voted unanimously to deny a permit to build a $1.4 billion dollar seawater desalination plant; and, with Russia’s invasion of Ukraine revealing Vlad’s intent, the US Army is poised to revamp its forces in Alaska to better prepare for future cold-weather conflicts.
After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where a European Union plan aims to help get wheat from Ukraine to the world; and, Costa Rica declared a state of emergency after a month of crippling ransomware attacks.
All that and more, on West Coast Cookbook & Speakeasy with Chef de Cuisine Justice Putnam.
