Phil Carroll and Kevin Hornsby talk to Geoff regarding the recently submitted application to trade its ordinary shares on the OTCQB Venture Market in the US. Joining the OTCQB market would allow BSF to access a wider investor audience, enhancing liquidity and raising the firm's international profile. The company's shares will continue to trade on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. BSF hopes that trading on the OTCQB market, one of the world's largest investment markets, will expand its reach into a broader pool of investors, with US investors able to trade shares during US trading hours, priced in US dollars.
