Rich sits down with Patryk Swietek, a 26-year-old serial entrepreneur who started his first company at 14 years old making $40,000/year. He currently owns 6 properties and manages 20 for others in the Joshua Tree area. He’s become a thought leader in the STR space by putting on industry conferences, monthly meetups and a Facebook community of investors called STR Nation. He’s passionate about teaching other young people stuck in the 9-5 how to become financially free through short-term rental investing.
