This week’s episode is an interview I was invited to do on the Create Your Shape podcast with nutritionist Jenny Blake. Jenny and I had a great conversation about what it means to live a fit chick lifestyle. In short, what that means to me is leaving behind old habits and ways of thinking that no longer served my mental or physical wellbeing, the way I look at and think about food and making a healthy lifestyle a part of who I am instead of something I do or don’t do depending on the season of life. I think this conversation will really serve you if you struggle with oscillating between an on or off cycle with your nutrition and fitness but mostly I think it will help you adopt the mindset of personal growth and fit lifestyle being a lifelong journey, instead of short exhausting sprints.
