Tommie is an Expanded Practice Dental Hygienist with a special permit that allows her to practice outside of the traditional dental office without the supervision of a dentist. She has been in dentistry over 18 years. In 2020 she was introduced to Airway health, and it started to connect the dots by discovering the root cause of many illnesses and disorders especially as it related to her own son. Since then, she has taken over 2 years of Myofunctional Therapy training and hopes to educate providers in the area for a more collaborative approach to patient care and to empower patients to advocate for their own health.
