Elizabeth is a somatic psychotherapist that integrates yoga and yogic philosophy into her clinical practice with clients as well as offers trauma-informed yoga groups and classes to people around the world. Elizabeth offers in-person training in the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method and acts as the Director of Online Trainee Program at the Trauma- Conscious Yoga Institute. Elizabeth believes offering trauma-informed care means doing her best to decolonize her work through ongoing self-study, learning, understanding and raising consciousness around racial, reproductive and environmental justice.
