Erika Bell transitioned to Keto on August 1st, 2018. She naturally lost over 100 pounds in ten months with dedication, commitment, focus, and hard work. Today, standing at 5’10 and a proud size 16/18, she has lost four dress sizes and is striving for more.   • Prior to keto, Erika was a 48-year-old, depressed, overweight, unhappy mom of three.
  • Erika was in a very dark place; she lost her 22-year-old niece to diabetic complications.
  • After hitting rock bottom, Erika reached out to her doctor, who referred her to a gastric bypass doctor. The doctor said they could do the surgery, but she would need to lose thirty pounds first.
  • On the internet, Erika searched for different ways to lose weight. When Erika started keto, it completely changed her life.
  • She lost over 100 pounds and no longer has depression or anxiety.
