The third rule: What to do about hunger during fasting. Hunger comes in waves. The hunger hormone Ghrelin will go back down if you keep yourself distracted.

The fourth rule: Only practice fasting when your sleep and stress are optimal. Fasting is a stress to the body (Hormesis), but if your already have too much stress you can hurt your body with fasting.
