Today I have recorded a kids sleep meditation. I talk for about 5 mins first and then go into the meditation. I would advise kids listen to this before sleep. I take them on a journey on a magical carpet meeting many companions along the way. We go high into the Cosmo and wish upon a star 💫 and then come down into the ocean to cleanse and meet our dolphin 🐬 guided that takes us up over the rainbow 🌈 to balance our chakras.
