In this episode of The Hiring Line podcast, host Scott Shearin talks with Chuck Stahl, CEO of D4M, a boutique SAP consulting firm operating globally. They discuss the company, its background and the realities of hiring in today's environment.

Chuck Stahl has been in the information technology field for over 30 years (10 industry, 20+ consulting/software). He’s been working in the SAP marketplace since 1993, having developed several of his own consulting companies since 1995. Chuck has been in technical roles as well as executive leadership positions.

Chuck recently acquired D4M International, formerly R3D International. They are a 40 person SAP/Dassault integrator with offices in Canada, US, Mexico, and France. Chuck started, directed and developed a premier SAP implementation partner and reseller (itelligence) in North America from startup to $33M in revenues in 6 years while maintaining positive cash flow. This growth included 4 acquisitions of SAP resellers.

He then joined as an equal owner/partner in Titanium Consulting Group with responsibility for sales and grew the company from $800K to $4M in 3 years. Titanium was then acquired by TITAN Technology Partners. Under Chuck’s leadership, the SAP Business Unit of TITAN grew from $4M to $20M in 2 years.

Within 18 months, at Atos International, Chuck drove pipeline generation and near-term deals totaling $40M in business. As COO, at GyanSys, he helped to increase the pipeline from $4M to $22M and grow revenues while there. He also led the certification process for becoming an SAP reseller and the acquisition of a small GRC company.

Finally, at CNBS, Chuck helped drive the company to 30% growth in 2 years along with streamlining operations. Prior to that, He held various technical and managerial positions in IT at Procter & Gamble. Specialties include: SAP and SAP add on applications, ERP, IT Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Software Selection, Project Methodologies, Digital Commerce, and ecommerce (B2B and B2C).
