We tried two sauces that have been recently added by their respective brands. It's worked out well that both lend themselves to the Holiday season too. Mammoth Sauce Co has come out with a Black Currant sauce called Currant Situation while Sarabande Sauce was recently released by Lorne at Hot Graham Sauce Co. Both are wildly different in flavor and what we would pair with them. Mike battles back from an illness after a 2-week hiatus from recording.
