Phil Hughes is a Computer Sciences graduate of the University of Manchester the founder and CEO of PHH Digital, a powerhouse of digital applications. He's an entrepreneurial Software Developer and Guitar Playing Fisherman with over 14 years of software and IT experience. Having worked as the technical founder of a start-up, Phil was frustrated with how long it took to review digital marketing analytics. So instead of looking for a solution, he decided to see if he could solve the headache himself, and as a result, their flagship product Elementary Analytics was born.

On February 24, 2022 Russia invaded Ukraine, in an unprovoked and unjustified attack. At the time I am writing this, I personally know people who, are trying to survive in bomb shelters in Kyiv, and others who have taken up arms to defend this country. Here at The Conference Room our thoughts and prayers are with our friends and colleagues and the whole of the Ukrainian people. But thoughts and prayers are not enough. As President Kennedy said in the name of Thomas Burke, all it takes for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing. So, let's do something.
