Dave Seglins is a long-time Canadian radio, television and on-line journalist, who has covered domestic and international affairs, policing, government and corporate corruption for many years. In 2010, Dave suffered PTSD while covering a horrific Canadian court case. This set him on a path of personal healing, but also thinking critically about the news industry and journalists' exposure to stress and vicarious trauma. Today Dave joins Jer and Bri to talk about his work as a mental health advocate and a champion for well-being at CBC News. *Join the post-episode conversation over on Discord! https://discord.gg/expeUDN
