Today’s plant-based journey comes from Marjorie Leon who holds a Master’s degree in psychology, is a doctoral candidate in psychology, and is studying obesity and cognition in women. She has been plant-based for almost 11 years and teaches her community to approach the WFPB lifestyle both in mindset as well as hands-on cooking. Marjorie Leon studied with some terrific mentors, covering nutrition, physiology, habits, and mindset. She feels it is her duty to pass on the information that has helped me so much.In this episode we discuss:
