Manage episode 288741463 series 2528896
During my 15 years and counting as a mom, I’ve always worked. I ran a department in my marketing career and now I’m the CEO of my business. Like many mom entrepreneurs and career professionals, my career and business is my other baby. I have to make a conscious effort to take care of all the ‘babies’ I’m responsible for in order for there to be harmony but that’s not always easy!
Enter Business Coach, Alyssa J Dillon! When I was at a point in my business where I needed direction and guidance, I hired Alyssa. She is a genius in helping entrepreneurial women create lean businesses that can scale.
In this episode we talk about:
- Where we get tripped up when we are running a business and a family
- The obstacles and mistakes we make
- Where to focus and what not to focus on
- Where to have boundaries for your business and your family
- The simple things you can do to make you more productive
