The first ~30 minutes we talk about critical lessons learned from working in the Acute Care setting for the past 7 years, along with a vulnerable transparency of the frustrations leading to burnout within the medical system.
The final ~30 minutes we transition to Maddie’s current exploration of career options within the OT profession while reflecting back how her experience has led to this point. She has a particular interest in pelvic health/maternal health and wellness and shares her ideas of how OT can have a BIG impact in this area!
