You know when the best time to work on something is? When it’s activated.
Summer is one the most overwhelming times for my Mama millionaires because not only are the schedules changing for the kiddos, but they are usually changing weekly between camps, summer vacations, childcare, etc.
Transitions in business and home schedules tend to trigger overwhelm.
All this to say, the best time to work with the felt sense of overwhelm in the body is when you are feeling overwhelmed. Not when you have things under control and can dedicate time to it.
It doesn’t work that way. Overwhelm does NOT go away on its own.
It needs to be healed and honored.
You need strategies and tools.
