Lipscomb Academy baseball and Nolensville softball are among the area teams hoping for lengthy postseason stays. Hosts Tyler Palmateer and Russell Vannozzi caught up with their coaches – Brad Coon and Luke Patton – for conversations about where each team stands entering May. Coon and the Mustangs open the Division II-AA Middle Region tournament on Friday, while Patton and the Lady Knights begin the District 12-4A tournament the same night.
