VGK fell for the third time in their last four games last night in Pittsburgh 4-3 to the Penguins. The Golden Knights blew another two-goal lead as they jumped out on top with an early Jack Eichel goal. Riley Smith added his fourth power play goal of the season and the VGK led 2-0 going into the first intermission. Second period woes continued for VGK as Boston tied the score at 2-2. The VGK took the lead at 3-2 on a Shea Theodore power play goal. But the Golden Knights could do no more as Pittsburgh applied too much pressure on VGK. The Pens threw 47 shots on Logan Thompson in the barrage. Thompson also was hit with a slap shot in his chest, lost his stick twice, was interfered with and had a goalie interference call against him. Rough night for L.T. We also preview VGK-Detroit and it's time for our What The %^&* Friday feature.
