How many times have you said you’d do something only to cop out at the last minute, because it’s all too hard? Host Amelia Phillips and psychologist Lyn Worsley discuss why it is that some people seem to have this steely resolve to sit with discomfort, and others don’t. They delve deep into Mums who feel like they've lost their energy, their identity is and their sense of self. They discuss building resilience in not just the big stuff, but in the small daily acts (eg saying no to the cheese and biccies). Is resilience something we are born with or can we build it up like a muscle?
