What does interior design have to do with health? Maybe a lot more than we realise! You’ve got the obvious home health elements; cleanliness, bacteria, mould, dust, and EDCs. But what about the Feng Shui or the ‘flow and feel’ of our home? Host Amelia Phillips and 'The Block' winner Alisa Fraser discuss how much our home environment does affect our mood and our health, and what we can do to cultivate calm.
