When have you taken the time to develop someone around you?

Was it a co-worker, a mentorship opportunity, or in your life with your children? Having the opportunity to develop others allows us to share our knowledge and enjoy the blessing of being able to impose wisdom on others. I've had the experience in my life to see the impact that's been made when people have great connections in their lives who work to develop them in all facets of life.
