Manage episode 311029293 series 2607086
If you’ve been following me for any amount of time you’ve seen my Badass Spotlight posts. I recently reached out in my Badass Slack group and let them know that I wanted to talk with them for real. Christina Gramith heard the call and reached out and I’m so excited to share this conversation with you.
Christina started listening to the podcast before Covid as she was re-entering the workforce after maternity leave. She was struggling with momming and doctoring and the podcast helped her realize that she was not alone.
She serves in Flint, an underserved community, and she is constantly double and triple booked. The pace is insane and she’s working hard to find the balance she needs in her life. Which is why she recently started teaching Zumba classes.
We chat all about life and work and the various things that need to change to make medicine more attractive and accessible. The goal is to have happy doctors. Let us be productive and serve our patients and we’ll be happy, #amiright ?
Listen in to hear all of this goodness!
“I’m a people pleaser. I’ve always been like that and I think a lot of us are.” Dr. Christina Gramith
