One of the hardest things to deal with as a boss is the difficult conversations you must have day in and day out. As a CEO/Founder, your time is money and how you allocate your time will affect your bottom line which means you don’t have time to stew over difficult conversations. We’ve all been there. You have an employee that is underperforming and it is affecting the entire team. You have a client that is upset and treating your employees unfairly.
