“Working as a healthy, functioning cohesive team, typically working with the leadership team, getting them playing well with each other. Because so often, that's not the case in businesses, but when we can make that shift happen, that then sets the tone across the rest of the business sale going on vision, traction, unhealthy. We utilize a variety of tools and different processes, but ultimately, that's what we're looking to help people.”

“And what's it going to mean for me as a business owner, as an entrepreneur, as a supporter of other people Am I actually going to get satisfaction from that? Am I going to enjoy it? Am I going to be happy?”

Who is Anthony Wood?

I help leadership teams gain the clarity, focus, and skillset required to drive their business forward. The tools from the EOS system, my in-depth knowledge of business, and the analytical skills gained from a degree in Civil Engineering are a powerful combination to have in your corner. I offer entrepreneurial leadership teams a blueprint for success that will enhance their health as a team so, in turn, they can strengthen their organisation.

After more than 25 years of building successful companies, I'm tapping into my passion for helping business leaders cultivate growth and clarify their vision. This prompted me to create Pinnacle Traction. It's been a long journey that started when I co-founded a company called imei in 2000 with a trusted business partner. I worked in several key leadership roles throughout its growth, and when we reached a critical point of change in the business, I stepped back, leaving it in the hands of a new CEO.

Unfortunately, things didn't work out. To cut a long story short, my co-founder and I took back the reins and worked with a business coach who mentored us in implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating SystemTM (EOS) that ultimately turned things around.

I was hooked, seeing how impactful EOS was in my own business led me to create Pinnacle Traction.

It's just that I have a different way of doing things. You make more money faster and have more time to spend with your family.
