Before she was the co-founder of billion-dollar company Quest Nutrition, Lisa Bilyeu was a doting housewife for 8 years. After finding herself feeling unfulfilled, she started the company with her husband and her success only grew from there. Lisa is now the co-founder and president of Impact Theory, host of Women of Impact, and author of Radical Confidence: 10 No-BS Lessons on Becoming the Hero of Your Own Life.

She wasn't born with this radical confidence, but instead took active steps to build it throughout her incredible journey. Today, she shares the lessons she learned with all of us so we can too be the hero of our own life and embrace our most authentic selves! We talk:

  • Her practice “No BS, what will it take?” that will help you through any problem
  • Sabotaging your self-sabotage
  • Reframing failure to use it to your advantage
  • The 4 factors to successful goal-setting
