There’s a reason your parents didn’t want you hanging out with certain kids. It is because we unconsciously pick up the behaviors and habits of the people we spend the most time with.

Perhaps you have caught yourself saying that word you hate that all your friends say.

You made a conscious effort to NOT say it, yet it still came out of your mouth.

Your unconscious mind is ALWAYS learning and taking in information, even the information you consciously try to filter out.

Your brain takes in 11 million bits per second and you are only consciously aware of 40-50 of those bits.

By changing the circle of people around you will unconsciously influence your thoughts and behaviors and start to change. Couple this with a conscious drive to change your life and you are well on your way to transformation.

Join me and Matt Ode, cancer survivor, motivational speaker and coach as we talk about the people you surround yourself with and the effects it has on your life.
