Following the Supreme Court's ruling in Kisor v. Wilkie this past summer, many scholars and practitioners have deliberated its significance. Professor Jeffrey Lubbers from American University Washington College of Law joins the show to discuss the history of the Auer deference doctrine, how the Court came to its decision, and its effect on agencies' authority moving forward.
