This is a brand new podcast brought to you from the minds of Kayleigh-Paige Rees & Jess Impiazzi. Talking all things mental health, anecdotes, advice, weekly updates and some rather embarrassing stories. Both Jess & Kayleigh-Paige are mental health advocates and want to use this space to destigmatise issues and create a safe space for them and their listeners.
 
With work taking up so much of our time and energy, mental wellbeing is becoming a key area for development and investment in the drive for maximising profitability. This podcast helps to clarify issues around promoting good mental wellbeing among employees, and looks to demystify, destigmatise, de-medicalise and democratise mental health understanding in general.
