This was a very good pairing. The stick is one of my favorites and the beer was good but not great. Together they did produce a very dessert type pairing. Everyone should at least try it, do it and send me your thoughts. #cigar #cigars #cigarpairing #cigaraficionado #whiskey #whisky #beer #bourbon #rye #scotch…

These two offered a subtle sweetness that blended very well. The Camacho was a mild-medium smoke that produced a wonderful palate and had great smoke output. The Garrison Bros. Honeydew was just kissed with a honey flavor and sweetness, not too much. They paired wonderfully together. A definite try, CHEERS!…

Today's pairing was about spice! Both these two offered good doses of spice with the Rye offering a good touch of bananas, caramel, and cherries to sweeten it up just enough. Both the stick and the spirit are a must try, CHEERS! #cigar #cigars #cigarpairing #cigarandbourbon #cigarandwhiskey #cigarandscotch #whiskey #scotch #bourbon #cigarlife #bour…

Season Two's first pairing presents two very well-known names. Together these two were a very good match with palates and aromas that complimented very well. Individually they were good but not outstanding. Definitely worth the price point. Give them a try and let me know what you think in the comments! #cigar #cigars #cigarpairing #cigarandbourbon…

I finish off Season 1 by presenting my Top 5 spirits for the year. Some may be a surprise and some will probably be shoe ins. I hope you enjoy it and enjoy these spirits. I now begin Season 2, please keep watching and listening! CHEERS! #cigars #cigar, #cigarpairing #cigaraficionado #whiskey #whisky #bourbon #scotch…

This was a GREAT pairing! Thank you so much to John (aka Andy) from Andy's Flour Power Bistro in Panama City Beach, FL for hooking me up with this amazing cigar. And as usual the GJ married very well to it. There was a subtle sweetness, caramel, coffee, oh, couldn't get enough. Thank you for watching and I hope you enjoy the show. #cigar #cigars # …

This was an excellent pairing and one that would be a great starting point for a novice just getting into spirits and cigars. The Joya had a simple yet elegant profile that was an easy and enjoyable smoke. The Glenfiddich is a Speyside Single Malt that is itself a fairly simple profile with basically no smoke or peat, just an enjoyable sipping scot…

This week's pairing was very solid and an enjoyable experience. Neither profile was too complex as to overwhelm the other. They married very well and I would definitely recommend each separately or together. And don't miss my commentary in the middle of the episode. CHEERS! #cigar #cigars #cigaraficionado #whiskey #whisky #bourbon #scotch…

This was a great bounce back from last week's debacle of a pairing. Also listen for my predictions on the economy for the summer about mid-way through the episode. CHEERS! #cigars #cigar #cigarpairing #cigaraficionado #whiskey #whisky #bourbon #scotch #liberty #freedom #maga

This was a surprisingly good pairing. Both had simple yet refined profiles that married together splendidly. The ESG was almost totally aged tobacco on the palate with a hint of caramel or sweetness in the final half that went very well with the creamy vanilla of the Crown. You should try these two together, CHEERS!…

I thought this would be a good pairing and I was wrong, it was GREAT! Just the right amount of sweet and spice. Horse Soldier is excellent bourbon, I really enjoyed it. The Sweet Jane may not be in the purist's wheel house but for those willing to try different things it is an excellent stick that is well worth the modest price. You should definite…

This was a very good pairing. The AF Rosado was an excellent cigar that I thoroughly enjoyed. The Knob Creek was equally good but at 100 Proof probably needed to be paired with a more Full Flavored cigar as it over powered the stick until I added a teaspoon of water to dial it back just a little. But, that did not curtail the excellent palate on th…

This was a very good pairing. Both offerings were mildly complex and mellow making for a very enjoyable experience. #cigar #cigars #cigarpairing #cigarandbourbon #cigarandwhiskey #cigarandscotch #whiskey #scotch #bourbon #cigarlife #bourbonlife #scotchlife #rum #rumlife #cigaraficionado #whiskeypairing #scotchpairing #pairing #wine #port #cognac #b…

The Plasencia Alma del Fuego is a wonderful cigar that has a simple yet awesome profile. That simplicity blends with with Highland scotch such as Glenmorangie. The Original 10 Year is a very good entry level scotch for the beginner or old salt and goes well with the del Fuego. CHEERS! #cigar #cigars #cigarpairing #cigarandbourbon #cigarandwhiskey #…

My love affair with The Dalmore Single Malt Scotch continues! This offering is the 15 year and is paired with a Bellas Artes by AJ Fernandez. I have never tried a AJF and the Bellas Artes was a great cigar to start with. The cold draw was 100% chocolate cake with no icing, it was delicious. And The Dalmore paired beautifully with notes of oranges, …

My first time trying a Herrera Esteli and my first time trying a Weller offering. Both were excellent! I can see now why there is so much buzz around the Weller name. These two were exceptional together and I am sure you could do very well pairing each with something else as well. Cheers!!#cigar #cigars #cigarpairing #cigaraficionado #drewestate #w…

The Punch Bareknuckle was a very good cigar. The Boondocks was good but nothing spectacular jumped out at me. I believe it may have gotten the lowest whisky stone score I have ever given. As I said it was not bad and if someone offered it to me I would not turn it down, it just didn't sit well on my palate. Cheers!…

This was one of my best pairings for 2021. The audio on this one was pretty bad, I have learned a lot since the early days of the show. But, the Arturo Fuente Hemingway and The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve were spectacular! A must try! Cheers! #cigar #cigars #whiskey #whisky #bourbon #scotch

This was my first ever pairing video. I started clean and simple with Maker's Mark and an Oliva Connecticut. It was a very good pairing that would be a good entry point for someone just getting into cigars and spirits. But that doesn't mean that it is not a good pair for experienced hands because it is. Cheers! #cigar #cigars #whiskey #whisky #bour…

I have to say this has to be one of my best pairings. I have always enjoyed rum but more in the cocktail sense. Taking the time to sip it neat you really do find all the subtle island nuances you miss when it is mixed with tons of sugar and fruit juice. I will definitely be doing more rum pairings in the future. Flor de Cana is most assuredly one o…

This was an exceptional pairing. The Hennessy cigar was a very pleasant smoke and the Russell's Reserve had excellent flavor without any harshness. I apologize for the sound quality, my first attempt at recording in a public venue. #cigar #cigars #whiskey #whisky #bourbon
