The Pennsylvania Environmental Council (PEC) protects and restores the natural and built environments through innovation, collaboration, education, and advocacy. In November 2020, all roads really did lead to and through Pennsylvania. Besides for providing its crucial 20 electoral votes, suburban counties like Delaware and Chester highlighted exactly how Biden-Harris won–while more rural counties like Fayette and Lawrence, which Trump-Pence improved in, show the epitome of the Democratic problem.
