Goal setting is less about the hustle and more about the vision. When you have a clear vision you can confidently create the life and business and love (and anything) you're dreaming of. But traditional goal setting does not necessarily get us to where we want to go which is why so many people reach their "milestone moments" and are left feeling disappointed, dissatisfied and depleted.
There's a better way: enter Embodied Goal Setting. This is a practice I have been integrating more since better understanding it as part of my certification with the School of Embodied Arts.
