Kaysville is home to incredible people who love our community and share their talents and time making it a better place to live for everyone. Tammy Wursten began her racket career as a tennis player. After playing her first game of pickleball she quickly fell in love with the sport. She reached out to the Parks Department and asked about court space. She began offering free lessons and quickly realized that pickleball in Kaysville was here to stay. Tammy asked the city to match donation funds and got busy organizing a massive city-wide fundraiser for pickleball courts..... Kaysville is now home to indoor and outdoor pickleball courts and brings people together from across our region. This is her story.
