Ed foolishly introduces Stede to the Art of F**kery, and Stede, theatre gay that he is, obviously cannot wait to try it himself. The crew pull out all the stops and trick some unsuspecting Dutch merchants into participating in immersive theatre. Ed, who was supposed to murder Stede, instead has a trauma flashback about killing his dickhead dad, which results in his and Stede’s relationship becoming even closer.
Lucky for everyone, Ed taught Stede how to get stabbed without dying, because Izzy fooking Hands challenges him to a fooking duel for Ed’s heart. Stede wins because the man has expensive tastes, and as we all know, Brazilian cherry wood beats sword.
