Following the purchase of Zer0 Books and the imprint’s parent company JHP by Watkins Publishing, Zer0’s former editorial staff have created a new project that includes, but is not limited to, publishing books. The name of it is Diet Soap Media. Picking up the original name of Douglas Lain’s (Zer0 former editor-in-chief’s) podcast, the new company aims at making left and socialist theory accessible and at avoiding the worst aspects of leftist culture.

Former Universal tour guide, screenwriter and stand-up comic Jim Farris joins science fiction author Douglas Lain in a movie review podcast that contrasts two movies every month. All genres are covered, all eras analyzed, and all cheap sources for movies exploited. Watch along with your hosts every month! No really, watch along with us! We mean it.
